Damaged delivery or broken vial
If your package arrives damaged or contains a broken vial, please contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp. Be sure to include clear photos of the packaging, the product, and the damage. In such cases, we will offer either a free replacement or a full refund, based on your preference.
Conditions for reimbursement in case of damage
